Malaysian Examination Syndicate (MES) launches the digital examination transformation in partnership with GamaLearn and the national exam department by facilitating two math exams for real users.
MES used SwiftAssess for creating, designing and managing the exams which were deliver in two options, the offline digital exam and the SmartPaper. The platform allows students who are using machines to answer the question with or without internet connection. It also supports the SmartPaper exams which lets the students answer the exam question on a paper that gets scanned and auto-graded by the platform.
GamaLearn team and National Exams Department cooperated together in creating the questions, creating exams and designing it, approving it and then worked on the operations of doing both digital and paper exams.
قامت نقابة الإختبارات الماليزية بالتعاون مع شركة جاماليرن بعمل إختبارات إلكترونية للمرة الأولى بنوعها في ماليزيا حيث تم عمل اختبارين لمادة الرياضيات الأول إلكتروني بلا إتصال بالإنترنت وآخر ورقي ذكي.
وقد تم استخدام منظومة سويفت أسيس الرقمية لإنشاء وتصميم وإدارة الإختبارات حيث يسمح النظام للطلاب الذين يريدون القيام بالإختبار الإلكتروني على الأجهزة سواء كانت تحتوي على إتصال بالإنترنت أم لا ويسمح للطلاب الذين يريدون القيام بالإختبار على الورقي الذكي الذي يتم الإجابة عليه ومن ثم مسحه ضوئياً وتصحيحه تلقائياً من قبل النظام.
كما ننوه أن فريق جاماليرن تعاون مع قسم الإختبارات الوطنية الماليزي في إنشاء أسئلة الإختبار وبناء الإختبارات وإعداداتها وتصميم شكل الإختبار ومن ثم الموافقة عليه والعمل معاً لتوزيعه للطلاب وتجاوز أي عقبات تقنية أو لوجستية أثناء التجربة.
